Ian Roche founded Ian Roche Associates in 2001, and developed the business into a limited company in 2015. Ian is a Chartered Building Surveyor and a member of the Valuer Registration Scheme.

Ian began his career by gaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Surveying in 1987 and then was elected a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1989.

Early in his career Ian was responsible for the planning and refurbishment of housing stock throughout Liverpool and the surrounding districts together with the initial survey and design of flat conversion schemes. Since that time, he has concentrated on the survey and valuation of residential houses throughout Liverpool, Wirral and surrounding districts for purchasers.
